Sensorex offers a comprehensive selection of laboratory pH electrodes to meet your most demanding analysis requirements.
Sensorex's Calibration Box is used to calibrate modbus sensors. The wires from the sensors connect to the terminal block on the front of the box. It connects to a computer via a USB interface.
The Sensorex Lumin-S optical dissolved oxygen sensor delivers reliable DO measurements over a long operating life. There are no membranes to replace, no electrolyte solutions to replenish, and no anodes to clean. Maintaining the sensor is as easy as replacing the optical sensing cap once every 1-2 years, and since all calibration data is stored on the cap, there’s no need to calibrate. This dissolved oxygen sensor outputs a Modbus/RS-485 digital signal for easy PLC integration.
The Sensorex ORP1000 is a durable and easy to use ORP sensor. Great for outdoor applications, such as monitoring swimming pool chlorine, this probe has built in protection for the ORP sensor surface. Use the ORP1000 with any ORP meter accepting a BNC connector.
When measuring samples such as wastewaster that may contain proteins, heavy metals, or other contaminants, it is important to use an ORP sensor (REDOX sensor) designed to withstand unpredictable chemical environments. The Sensorex ORP2000 features double junction reference protection, which prevents contamination by sample components that interact with silver (Ag). The durable Ultem® body ensures extensive chemical compatibility, making the ORP2000 a highly versatile analytical tool.
In harsh laboratory or field conditions, where heat, moisture, or corrosive chemicals may damage equipment, ORP electrode durability is key. The Sensorex ORP3000 is durable, research grade ORP electrode. All the functional components – the ORP measurement surface, the meter connection, and the cable connection – are reinforced with protective elements. Durable Ultem® body construction provides extensive chemical compatibility and withstands temperatures up to 100°C.
The Sensorex pH and ORP buffer sachet pillows offer an excellent alternative to pre-mixed buffer calibration standards.
The Sensorex pH Detectors are designed for use with a variety of instrumental techniques such as FIA, HPLC and IEF and are also used to continuously monitor the pH of low volume flows in bench scale chemical systems. The pH detector system is specially designed to achieve ultra fast response times. A flat surface pH electrode (S450CD) located at the top of the flow cavity allows for very low internal volumes. The resulting rectangular cross-section flow path has no protruding parts which could interfere with a clean sweeping flow.
Whether you need to measure pH in your swimming pool, aquarium, or hydroponics garden, you need a probe that will deliver accurate measurements day in and day out. The Sensorex pH1000 polycarbonate pH sensor provides reliable, stable readings in a range of environments, from greenhouses to science classrooms. This sensor stands up to the usual wear and tear with its durable polycarbonate body and built-in protection for the pH glass measuring surface. Compatible with all pH meters accepting a BNC connector.
Whether you are a student measuring pH in a lab or a business owner monitoring plant or crop health, you need a pH electrode that will consistently deliver accurate measurements. If you deal with a wide variety of chemicals or any aggressive substances, the Sensorex glass probe pH1400 (formerly SG201C) is a safe choice due to the chemically inert properties of glass. This basic, single junction electrode has a refillable reference cell, allowing users to maintain measurement precision throughout the sensor lifetime.
The Sensorex pH2000 (formerly S200CD) has a double junction reference design to prevent reference fouling by heavy metals and other sample contaminants. When you travel to remote sites to collect data, it is especially important that obtaining the measurements you need is hassle free. The pH2000 features an Ultem® body and a booted meter connection for durability you can trust in the field.
Agar plates, skin, and electrophoresis gels are all surfaces that may be difficult to measure with a typical glass bulb electrode due to concerns about bulb breakage. To facilitate these and other surface measurements, Sensorex created the pH2100 flat tip pH electrode. It has a rugged flat measurement surface, which breaks less easily when it comes in contact with hard materials. This makes it a great choice for measuring slurries, sludges, and viscous samples as well as those containing suspended solids.
Looking to measure the pH of soil, meat, or cheese? A standard pH sensor with bulb shaped glass won’t effectively pierce the surface of these semi-solids; the pH glass may even crack. Sensorex has created the pH2200 spear tip pH sensor, specially designed to penetrate semi-solid surfaces for effective pH measurement. The sensor is assembled with a bio-friendly Ultem® body, making it safe for use in food and soil. Use this durable pH sensor at home or in the field with any pH meter accepting a BNC connector.
Environmental, wastewater, and other sampling applications may expose electrodes to unknown contaminants. The Sensorex pH2400 has a double junction reference design to prevent fouling by sample contaminants that interact with Silver (Ag).
Surfaces like paper, leather, electrophoresis gels and agar plates may be difficult to measure with traditional pH glass bulbs due to concerns about breakage. A flat electrode like the Sensorex pH2500, is ideally suited for these types of pH measurements as well as measurements of suspended sludges and slurries.
When accuracy and repeatability are critical, such as in pharmaceutical or drinking water applications, the ideal electrode will quickly deliver stable measurements. The Sensorex pH3000 is specially designed to respond quickly and accurately to rapid temperature changes.
In laboratory environments such as medical, biological, and materials science research groups, samples and test conditions are constantly changing, but accuracy is always critical. The Sensorex pH3400 is a highly versatile combination pH electrode, specially designed to respond quickly and accurately to rapid temperature changes.
The Sensorex SDA differential sensor salt bridge replacements extend the lifetime for SD7000 differential pH and ORP (REDOX) sensors. Also compatible with other brands, including Hach* and Water Analytics.* Available in single unit or pack of three (3) units.
The Sensorex S272 series of pH sensors deliver reliable online pH monitoring for in-line or submersion installation configuration. Extended sensor lifetime with double-junction technology. Minimal maintenance required due to flat glass measurement surface. A versatile sensor for moderate and multi-purpose applications.
Moderately contaminated water, such as industrial source water or natural water resources, may contain chemicals and debris that damage ORP probe components. Continuous monitoring in these types of applications requires a durable and low maintenance ORP probe. The Sensorex S272 series of ORP probes feature a double junction design to protect the reference cell from contamination by sample components that interact with silver. The flat measurement surface is self-cleaning and resists breakage, for minimal maintenance.
The Sensorex flat-surface, self-cleaning pH or ORP in-line mountings are ideal for replacing existing threaded electrodes.

The Sensorex SD7000 series of differential pH sensor offers unsurpassed pH measurement accuracy by minimizing reference junction fouling and eliminating ground loops. These units deliver greater reliability and less required maintenance than a conventional combination pH sensor. Extended sensor lifetime can be achieved by replacing the sensor reference (salt bridge). Reliably measures pH in environments with rapid temperature changes with built-in quick response automatic temperature compensation (ATC).
When an ORP sensor is constantly measuring a wastewater treatment process, it will be exposed to chemicals, suspended solids, and other contaminants. These contaminants can cause fouling of the ORP sensor reference, leading to sensor failure. The Sensorex differential ORP sensors utilize three electrodes instead of the conventional two. This special design allows the sensor reference (salt bridge) and buffered electrolyte solution to be replaced, which extends working lifetime. Our SD7420CD features differential sensor technology with a direct 4-20mA output, so it can be integrated into control systems without the use of a transmitter or controller.
